Robert D. Bassett

BACKGROUND
Early in his career he worked as a criminal prosecutor completing multiple criminal jury trials. Over the last 22 years, Mr. Bassett has collaborated with clients to supply expert counsel as an insurance defense litigator for panel counsel firms, and staff counsel for both Farmers Insurance and Zurich North American Insurance Company. He has litigated multiple civil jury trials, court trials, mediations, and arbitrations for his clients.
Mr. Bassett brings his expert defense trial experience and knowledge of the insurance industry to assist in personal injury and medical malpractice, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premise liability, dog bites, burns, wrongful death, medical malpractice, breach of contract and construction defect matters.
