SHANNON G. MILLIGAN

Ms. Milligan joined Quinlan, Kershaw & Fanucchi, LLP as a law clerk in 2022. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025 and continued with the firm as an attorney. Her practice focuses on probate, estate planning, trust administration, and related property transfers, including the preparation of deeds

BACKGROUND

Born and raised in Clovis, Ms. Milligan works closely with clients throughout the probate process. She helps personal representatives understand their responsibilities, navigate court requirements, and move an estate toward distribution while keeping families informed at each stage.

Ms. Milligan also drafts wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. Her work includes preparing deeds and other property transfer documents, assisting with trust administration, and addressing contested trust matters.
